Installed Zigbee packages
- Sonoff Zigbee Bridge Pro, setup and pairing of up to five existing compatible devices: 2,500 THB;
- Bridge Pro with one Sonoff door sensor, one motion sensor and one leak sensor: 4,500 THB;
- Sonoff ZBDongle-E add-on for an existing working Home Assistant server, extension and up to five devices: 3,500 THB;
- Home Assistant Green Local Zigbee Core, up to ten devices and three simple automations: 22,900 THB.
Bridge or Home Assistant coordinator?
Bridge Pro is a compact app-based starting point for a smaller Sonoff system. ZBDongle-E connects Zigbee directly to an existing Home Assistant installation. Local Zigbee Core includes the physical Green server as well as the coordinator and professional commissioning.
A bridge is not presented as a substitute for the broader integrations, backup and dashboard functions of Home Assistant.

How the Zigbee mesh works
The coordinator or gateway starts the network. Many permanently powered Zigbee devices can repeat traffic, while battery sensors normally do not. Coordinator position, building materials, interference and the distribution of routing devices affect reliability; the quoted device count alone does not guarantee coverage through an entire villa.
Battery devices need maintenance
Door, motion and leak sensors require periodic battery replacement. We name them by location and confirm normal reporting so a low-battery warning can be understood before a critical sensor becomes unavailable.
Compatibility is checked by model
Zigbee is a protocol, not a promise that every hub exposes every function of every product. We approve specific models and firmware for the selected Bridge, ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT architecture. Client-supplied products are tested only within their documented capabilities.
Expansion prices
When a Zigbee system already exists, an installed three-sensor set starts at 2,500 THB. Additional Sonoff door, motion, temperature/humidity and leak sensors in the same project are priced by the selected model. Lighting relays and wall switches follow the installed Smart Switch prices because wiring conditions affect the work.
Installation and handover
- The architecture, device list and coverage area are agreed.
- The coordinator or gateway is placed and configured.
- Devices are installed, paired and named by room.
- Signal routes, controls and agreed automations are tested.
- The owner receives access and basic recovery information.
