1. Who we are

servicethai24.com is operated by ALEX & HOUSE CO., LTD. ("we", "us"), providing home maintenance and repair services in Pattaya and Chon Buri Province, Thailand.

2. What data we collect

Automatically, when you browse the site. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads. Through cookies and similar technologies they collect non-identifying technical information:

device, browser and operating system;
approximate location (country, city) derived from your IP address;
how you arrived — search query, ad, or referring link;
which pages you viewed and how long you stayed;
whether you tapped a contact button — phone, WhatsApp or Line.

At this stage we do not see your name, address or phone number. This information is used in aggregate to evaluate our advertising and improve the site.

Data you give us yourself. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp or Line, you provide your phone number, the name shown in your messenger profile, the content of the conversation and, for a job, your address and a description of the work. There are no forms on this site — we ask for nothing else.

3. Why we use it

to contact you and carry out the work you request;
to understand which advertising brings customers and avoid wasting money;
to see which pages of the site are useful and which are not;
to meet Thai legal requirements, including tax obligations.

We do not sell your data, do not pass it to data brokers, and do not send unsolicited advertising.

4. Legal basis

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562):

performance of a contract — where data is needed to provide the service;
legitimate interest — where we assess advertising performance and site usability;
consent — where you continue using the site without disabling cookies, or contact us through a messenger;
legal obligation — for accounting and tax records.

5. Who we share it with

Google LLC — as the provider of Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google processes non-identifying visit data on its servers, including outside Thailand. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) and LY Corporation (Line) — if you contact us through these messengers, the conversation is governed by that service's own terms.

We share data with no other third party, except where required by law or a government authority.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:

essential — needed for the site to work, such as remembering your language;
analytics and advertising — Google Analytics and Google Ads, to count visits and measure advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. To opt out of Google advertising cookies specifically, visit Google Ad Settings.

7. How long we keep it

Aggregated statistics in Google Analytics — for the retention period set in the service.
Conversations and job details — for the duration of our work together and afterwards for as long as Thai tax law requires.
When data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy;
have inaccurate data corrected;
request deletion or restriction of processing;
withdraw consent previously given;
object to processing;
lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9. Children

This site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
