Smart switches allow lighting to be controlled in the normal way from the wall, and also from a phone, through scenes, Home Assistant or voice control. This is one of the most convenient parts of a smart home because lights can still be used in the usual way, without opening an app every time.

Installed Sonoff Zigbee options
Two Sonoff ZBMINIR2 concealed relay points on compatible existing circuits cost 2,500 THB installed. Each following point in the same project is 1,200 THB. A compatible no-neutral ZBMINIL2 point is 1,400 THB.
A visible Sonoff ZBM5-120 replacement switch costs 1,900 THB for one gang, 2,100 THB for two gangs or 2,300 THB for three gangs. Equipment, standard connectors, installation, pairing, naming and testing are included.
Concealed relay or replacement switch
ZBMINIR2 is placed behind a suitable existing switch and normally preserves its appearance. ZBMINIL2 is considered when no neutral conductor is available, but only after the lamp load and wiring are checked. ZBM5 replaces the visible switch and requires a compatible wall box and client approval of its appearance.
Checks before installation
- neutral conductor availability;
- wall-box depth and physical condition;
- lamp type, load and driver behaviour;
- one-way, two-way or intermediate switching arrangement;
- Zigbee coverage and selected platform;
- normal manual operation after installation.
What the standard price excludes
New wiring, adding a neutral conductor, changing the wall box, enlarging an opening, decorative repair, complex multi-way conversion, dimmer replacement, contactor installation, panel work and high-access equipment are quoted separately. The additional-point price applies only during the same approved project and visit.
Zigbee system requirement
These devices need a compatible Zigbee coordinator or gateway. If none exists, a Sonoff Bridge starter or Home Assistant Zigbee Core is added as a separate installed package. A Wi-Fi password alone does not connect a Zigbee switch.
Safe and familiar control
The switch must remain predictable when the server or internet is unavailable. We test wall operation, app or dashboard control and power recovery. A compact lighting relay is never used as a substitute for the correctly rated control of a pump, heater, sauna or other high load.

- The circuit, load, box and switching arrangement are checked.
- The exact relay or replacement switch is approved.
- The device is installed with standard connectors.
- Manual control, pairing and restart behaviour are tested.
- Names and basic controls are handed over.
