Electrical installation projects

  • new and partial electrical wiring;
  • electrical installation for renovation and fit-out projects;
  • new circuits and cable routes;
  • electrical panels, breakers and circuit distribution;
  • groups of sockets, switches and lighting points;
  • power supplies for appliances, pumps and installed equipment;
  • outdoor, utility and service-area circuits;
  • upgrades where the existing system is not suitable for the planned load.

Planning before electrical installation

  • available electrical supply and expected connected load;
  • existing panel, circuits, protective devices and spare capacity;
  • property layout, equipment locations and required power points;
  • cable routes, installation method and access for maintenance;
  • manufacturer requirements for connected equipment;
  • grounding, protective conductors and bonding where applicable;
  • breaker, RCD or RCBO requirements for the planned circuits;
  • indoor, outdoor, damp, dusty, hot or mechanically exposed locations.

Villa and commercial electrical installation

Villas, offices, shops, restaurants and other commercial properties usually need several circuit groups, planned equipment supplies and coordination with ceilings, walls, furniture, air conditioning, plumbing and finishing work.

We can organise the installation by rooms, floors, tenant areas, equipment groups or project stages. The proposed scope should identify lighting, sockets, fixed equipment, outdoor zones, service areas and loads that may require dedicated circuits.

Electrical work during renovation

Renovation may expose old wiring, undocumented cable routes, damaged junctions or circuits that are no longer suitable for the new room layout and equipment. Existing wiring is assessed before it is reused or connected to new work.

Depending on the condition and project scope, the solution may be a new circuit, partial rewiring, relocation of points, panel changes or a staged replacement. Concealed work should be coordinated before walls and ceilings are closed.

Electrical panels and circuit distribution

A new or modified electrical panel should reflect the actual circuits and connected loads. Circuit separation, breaker selection, RCD or RCBO protection, enclosure space, labeling and access are considered as part of the installation.

Adding a larger breaker without confirming cable capacity and the downstream installation is not treated as a safe upgrade. The protective device, conductors, load and disconnection requirements are assessed together.

Circuits for appliances and installed equipment

Water heaters, cooking equipment, pumps, air-conditioning equipment, machinery and other higher-load devices may need their own cable route, breaker, isolation method or additional protection.

The installation is planned from the equipment documentation, supply characteristics, expected load, cable route, panel, grounding and environmental conditions. EV chargers are assessed through the separate EV Charger Installation service.

Grounding and electrical protection

Grounding, protective conductors and RCD or RCBO protection are considered together with the circuit and equipment. The visible presence of a three-pin socket or green-and-yellow conductor does not by itself confirm an effective grounding path.

Where grounding performance or protective-device operation must be confirmed, the appropriate inspection and instrumental testing are included in the assessment or handled through the related Grounding and RCD services.

Outdoor and damp-location installation

Outdoor, utility, kitchen, pump and other damp or exposed locations require equipment, enclosures, cable entries, routing and mounting methods suitable for the actual environment.

Exposure to water, humidity, sunlight, heat, dust and mechanical damage is assessed for each location. One universal enclosure rating or installation method is not assumed to be correct for every property.

Inspection and testing after installation

New work and alterations are inspected before normal use. The exact checks depend on the scope, but may include conductor continuity, insulation, grounding arrangements, polarity where applicable, protective-device operation and functional testing of the affected circuits.

Testing is selected for the installation rather than replaced by a simple visual check or a basic plug-in indicator. Any limitation caused by inaccessible existing wiring or equipment is explained before commissioning.

Safety during installation and renovation

  • do not open panels or touch exposed conductors;
  • do not assume a cable is dead because a wall switch is off;
  • do not energise unfinished circuits or open junctions;
  • keep other trades informed about isolated circuits and cable routes;
  • protect unfinished wiring from water, impact and unauthorised access;
  • electrical work should be isolated, secured and confirmed dead before work starts.

How the electrical installation service works

  1. Send the location, plans or photos, intended equipment and required points.
  2. We assess the existing supply, panel, circuits, load, routes and site conditions.
  3. The proposed scope separates new circuits, reused wiring, equipment supplies and related building work.
  4. Installation options and project stages are explained before the work is confirmed.
  5. After agreed work, the affected installation and protective measures are inspected and tested as applicable.

Service area

We provide electrical installation in Pattaya and nearby Chon Buri areas, including Jomtien, Pratumnak, Central Pattaya, South Pattaya, North Pattaya, Naklua, Wongamat, East Pattaya and Na Jomtien.
