Voice control allows you to control lighting, air conditioners, scenes, sockets, pumps, curtains and other devices without using a phone. It is convenient for villas, houses, condos and rental properties where important functions should be activated quickly with a simple voice command.
Voice control should be used not as a separate toy, but as part of a proper smart home system: with Home Assistant, Zigbee, a stable network, clear scenes and manual control in case voice commands are not needed or temporarily unavailable.

This service connects one existing compatible voice-assistant ecosystem to a working Home Assistant installation. It includes account and network checks, exposure of an agreed device and scene set, clear naming, command testing and handover.
The price assumes that Home Assistant, the speaker and controlled devices already work normally. Repair, server installation and device migration are separate services.
Apple Voice Package — 7,900 THB
The package includes one new HomePod mini, standard setup on the client’s compatible Apple account and network, connection to the agreed existing smart-home system, device naming and command tests. Additional speakers, server work, subscriptions and new controlled devices are not included.
Functions suited to voice
- turning named lights or groups on and off;
- activating arrival, bedtime or all-off scenes;
- sending supported IR commands through an integrated controller;
- checking simple sensor or room status where supported;
- starting non-critical, clearly named routines.
Functions that need caution
Door access, gates, heaters, pumps, sauna equipment and other safety-relevant loads should not be exposed to unrestricted voice commands. Platform permissions, confirmation options and physical safeguards are reviewed. Voice control never replaces manufacturer protection, interlocks or local controls.
Language, accounts and internet
Available languages and recognition quality depend on the selected assistant and account region. Common Apple, Google and Amazon voice functions can depend on vendor cloud services and internet access. We do not describe them as fully local unless the exact configuration has been tested.
Clear names produce better commands
Rooms, lights and scenes receive short, distinct names that match how occupants speak. Duplicate names and unnecessary entities are not exposed. Wall switches, dashboards and apps remain available when voice is inconvenient or temporarily unavailable.
Shared-property access
For a family home or rental, we agree whose account owns the speaker and which users can issue commands. Administrative access is not handed to every temporary occupant simply to operate a light.
