This is not a full repair package. It is a technical inspection. Repair work, materials, delivery, air conditioner cleaning, swimming pool service, detailed diagnostics and work beyond the agreed time are quoted separately.

Extended property maintenance

If the property is large, has a swimming pool, several air conditioners, pump equipment, garden, technical rooms, rental use or needs checks more than once a month, an extended maintenance package can be selected.

For such properties, it is possible to arrange 2 or 4 visits per month, checks before owner or guest arrival, checks after guest check-out, visual control of the swimming pool, pumps, air conditioners, electrical system and plumbing.

For owners who do not live in Thailand

If the owner is in another country, regular inspection helps control the property without personal presence. The owner can see real photos, understand the condition of the house or condo and make repair decisions in advance.

This format is especially useful for empty properties, villas, rental properties and houses that stay closed for a long time.

Rental property maintenance

For rental properties, Airbnb units, villas and condos, the property can be checked before guest arrival, after guest check-out or according to an agreed schedule.
