The minimum service call and diagnostic fee is 1,000 THB.
Our technician visits your property, inspects the equipment or system, identifies the cause of the problem, and determines the best solution.
After the inspection, you will receive a clear explanation of the issue, recommendations for the next steps, and a repair cost estimate if repairs are required.
The service call and diagnostic fee includes:
Diagnostics do not always result in a repair.
In some cases, the inspection shows that the equipment is working correctly, while the problem is caused by external factors such as lack of water, power supply, water supply to the tank, incorrect operation, or other conditions required for the system to function properly.
In such cases, the technician explains the cause of the problem and provides recommendations for the next steps. The diagnostic service is considered completed even if no repair is required or the repair cannot be carried out immediately.
If repairs are required, the technician will provide the cost of labour and any necessary materials.
Repairs begin only after the customer approves the quoted price.
No additional work, materials, or spare parts will be used without the customer's approval.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair after the inspection, only the service call and diagnostic fee is payable.
Diagnostics are a separate service and are charged regardless of whether further repair work is carried out.
An official receipt is issued after payment for every service provided.
