Empty property care in Pattaya is suitable for owners of houses, villas and condos where nobody lives permanently. If a property stays closed for several weeks or months, small problems can remain unnoticed for a long time: water leaks, sewer smells, humidity, a tripped breaker, faulty pump, air conditioner or water heater issue.
A scheduled technical check helps the owner understand the real condition of the property, even when they are outside Thailand or visit only from time to time. After each visit, the owner receives a photo report and a short list of detected issues.
Basic empty property care starts from 2,000 THB per month. The price includes one scheduled visit up to 1 hour and a photo report for the owner.
If the property is large, located far away, has a swimming pool, several air conditioners, pump equipment, a garden, separate technical rooms or needs more frequent visits, the maintenance cost is calculated individually.
