ServiceThai24 installs mechanical door locks for houses, condos, villas, offices and commercial properties in Pattaya. The service can cover a new lock position, an additional security lock or fitting supplied hardware to a compatible prepared door.
Minimum on-site locksmith service: 1,000 THB. The lock, cylinders, keys, materials and significant door or frame modifications are charged separately. Photos are reviewed before attendance, and the final price is confirmed after checking the door and hardware.

Door and lock compatibility

Buying a lock before checking these dimensions can create unnecessary modification or leave visible old openings. Send the specification and door photos before purchase when possible.
What standard installation includes

Mechanical or smart lock
A mechanical lock is often suitable when simple key access and easy local servicing are priorities. Keypads, fingerprints, cards, temporary codes or app access require a digital or smart lock selected for the door and operating process. Electronic installation is handled under the dedicated smart-lock service.

Existing holes and door finish
A new installation may leave old holes, marks or a different footprint visible. Decorative plates, filling, painting and finish restoration are not included unless specifically listed in the quote. The expected appearance should be agreed before drilling begins.
